Present OneDay TMS as a single-day alternative to traditional 6-8 week protocols. Use our patient education materials to explain the treatment, outcomes, and logistics.

Complete a brief physician order form and send it with the patient's release of information. We handle everything from there.

On the scheduled treatment day, provide a private room in your office. We bring all equipment, set up, administer treatment, and restore the space before the lights are off.

Be available for clinical consultation during the treatment day. Check in with the patient 1-2 times as preferred - your clinical judgment remains paramount.

After treatment, resume ongoing psychiatric management. We'll send you outcome reports at weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 26, and 52, and coordinate with you on any clinical concerns.
